Hours: Monday-Friday | 09.00-17.30

Following a period of training to get you up to speed, you will join our team on the telephones to resolve customer queries and make sure new policyholders get the cover that’s right for them. Using modern contact centre technologies, we give our customers a simple, friendly and personalised experience. Just the way it should be. And don’t worry, there’s no cold calling.
As for the atmosphere, we like to bust some of the myths about working in insurance. You will have the option to split your time between working from home and joining us in the office. There’s a strict dress down policy – so save the glad rags for your birthday, which you will be given off because nobody should have to work on their birthday. Finally there’s a relaxed office dog who enjoys being administered with a good ear rub now and then. Sounds good?
